Yang Jianping, born in 1988, is a Chinese mixed martial artist known for his work in various combat sports disciplines. He began his career with success in kickboxing and boxing, winning titles in China before transitioning to mixed martial arts in 2006. Yang Jianping gained recognition for defeating Jiang Junwen in the UMAC tournament in 2009 and competed in the final of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) Featherweight division in 2014, ultimately choosing to pursue opportunities with Chinese-based promotions.
