Chiang Nan

Biography

Chiang Nan was a Hong Kong actor born in 1922 in Anhui Province, China, who later grew up in Beijing. He began his training at the Guanglin Art Gallery during World War II and later joined the Shaw Brothers film studio, where he appeared in numerous films throughout his career. Chiang Nan's personal life was marked by two marriages, including one to fellow actor Gu Bao-ru, with whom he had a daughter before divorcing in 1965.
