Biography

Harrison Schmitt is an astronaut and engineer who became the seventh person to walk on the Moon during the Apollo 17 mission in 1972. He's also a geologist by training, with a doctorate from Harvard University. Schmitt has shared his experiences as an astronaut and moonwalker in various films, including "In the Shadow of the Moon" (2007).
