Valentin Zubkov was a Soviet film actor born on May 12, 1923, in Peschanoye Settlement of Ryazan Province. He began his acting career in the late 1940s, studying under Konstantin Voynov and playing leads in films like "The Sun Shines for All" and "Our Father's House". Zubkov's notable roles include those in "Ivanovo detstvo" and "Letyat zhuravli", showcasing his range as a front soldier and cowardly villain. He passed away on January 18, 1979.
