Necar Zadegan is a German-Iranian actress and model born on June 20, 1982. She made her Broadway debut in the Pulitzer Prize-nominated production Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo alongside Robin Williams in 2011. Known for her roles as First Lady Dalia Hassan on 24 and Special Agent Hannah Khoury on NCIS: New Orleans, Zadegan has also appeared in TV series such as The Bernie Mac Show and Nip/Tuck.
