Dick Stabile was a renowned American jazz saxophonist and clarinetist born in Newark, New Jersey, to a band leader father who introduced him to music at an early age. He began his career touring with Ben Bernie's band before forming his own ensemble, the All-America "Swing" Band, which featured notable musicians like Bunny Berigan. Stabile's band recorded for several labels and performed at iconic venues, including the New York World's Fair in 1959-60.
