Baki Tamer was a Turkish actor born in Elazığ in 1924 and passed away in 2004. Notable roles include Ragıp in "Madame" (1989), Belediye Temizlik İşleri Müdürü in "Bekçiler Krali" (1979), and the lead role opposite Türkan Şoray in the 1960 film "Köyde Bir Kız Sevdim". Tamer also founded his own film production company, but it was shut down due to the 1974 Cyprus crisis.
