Kimiyo Ōtsuka was a renowned Japanese actress who began her career in 1930 with Tokyo松竹楽劇部 (now 松竹歌劇団). Her notable film appearances include "Tora-san's Shattered Romance" (1971), and roles in various early talkies, such as "ラッパと娘" (1933) and "最後の幸福" (1936). Throughout her career spanning over three decades, Ōtsuka demonstrated versatility in playing a wide range of characters.
