Jan Vostrčil was a Czech musician and film actor who transitioned to acting after being discovered by Ivan Passer. He became known for his roles in iconic films such as The Firemen's Ball, Black Peter, and The Loves of a Blonde. His career spanned from the 1960s until he largely stopped working due to health issues in the 1970s. Vostrčil passed away in Kolín in 1985.
