Jean Porter

Biography

Jean Porter was a petite and lovely actress who began her career in vaudeville before making her film debut at 14. She found fame with roles in light, wholesome "B" fare, including The Youngest Profession (1943) and Till the End of Time (1946), which showcased her talent alongside her future husband and director Edward Dmytryk.
