Toru Masuoka

Biography

Tôru Masuoka was born on August 23, 1956, in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi, Japan. He graduated from the University of Tokyo's commercial department and began his acting career with a role in a high school film, leading to early appearances in films like "Shadow Warriors" (1980) and theater productions such as "Solnesungen". Masuoka has since appeared in notable roles like Shiroyama in "Zô no senaka" (2007) and Takashi Yamada in "My Neighbors the Yamadas" (1999), most recently playing Kunihiko Kariba in "Shin Ultraman" (2022).
