Allan Lane

Biography

Allan "Rocky" Lane was a renowned American actor who burst onto the scene as Red Ryder in a series of mid-1940s Western films. He later found voice acting success, voicing Mr. Ed on the 1958-1966 sitcom. Additionally, Lane's notable roles include Kelsey in "Hell Bent for Leather" and Sheriff in "The Saga of Hemp Brown".
