Gloria Montoya is a Colombian actress known for her portrayal of Ángela in Jorge Navas's "Blood and Rain" (2009). Her performance earned her top awards at the Festival Internacional de Cine de Cartagena and the Festival de Cine de Bogotá in 2009. Born in Medellín in 1979, Montoya began her career as an assistant director and camerawoman before transitioning to acting. She has appeared in several Colombian telenovelas since 2004.
