Linda Wallem is an American actress, writer, and producer born May 29, 1961 in Madison, Wisconsin. She co-founded the cabaret act Wallem & Tolan with Peter Tolan and later appeared on Broadway in Laughing Matters with Martin Charnin. Her notable roles include Doctor Paula Hutchison on Rocko's Modern Life and Static Cling, as well as creating the Showtime medical comedy-drama Nurse Jackie.
