Hattie Winston is a veteran American actress born on March 3, 1945, in Lexington, Mississippi. She began her career on stage, joining the Negro Ensemble Company and later becoming a Broadway regular, appearing in productions such as The Tap Dance Kid and The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Winston's notable television credits include her role as Margaret on the CBS sitcom Becker and voicing Lucy Carmichael in the Rugrats franchise.
