Biography

Ta-Tanisha, born Shirley Cummings on January 15, 1953, is a character actress known for her role as Pam Simpson on the television series Room 222 from 1970 to 1972. Her notable appearances include roles in The Sting and Sanford and Son, as well as three episodes of Good Times. Ta-Tanisha has been married to actor Lee Weaver since 1971, and previously studied theatre at PASLA before transitioning to a career in television and film.
