Thomas Hearns is a renowned American former professional boxer who competed from 1977 to 2006, earning him recognition as "The Hitman" and the first boxer in history to win world titles in five weight divisions: welterweight, light middleweight, middleweight, super middleweight, and light heavyweight. He was named Fighter of the Year twice by The Ring magazine and is ranked among the greatest punchers of all time. Hearns was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2012.
