Alexis Denisof is an American actor born on February 25, 1966. He gained recognition for his roles in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel, as well as a recurring role in How I Met Your Mother. A classically trained actor, Denisof graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and began his career in theatre and film with notable performances in Murder Story (1989) and Much Ado About Nothing (2012).
