He trained under renowned chefs before moving to the United States in 1973, where he became a celebrated chef and restaurateur. In 1982, Puck opened his iconic restaurant Spago on the Sunset Strip, which later moved to Beverly Hills in 1997, earning recognition as one of the top restaurants in the US.
