Jonathan Wilkes is a talented English television presenter and singer, born on August 1st, 1978, in Stoke-on-Trent. He made his stage debut with the Stoke Amateur Operatic Society in a production of Hans Christian Andersen, before winning the Cameron Mackintosh Young Entertainer of the Year Award in 1996. A brief stint as a pop-music singer followed, including a hit single that reached No. 24 on the UK Singles Chart.
