Atandwa Kani

Biography

Atandwa Kani is a South African actor born on June 6, 1984, in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. He began his introduction to the entertainment industry at a young age, observing and learning from his father, veteran actor John Kani, who took him to theatre performances and taught him about scripts for his acting roles. Kani pursued an Honours degree in theatrical performance at the University of Witwatersrand before completing his MFA in Acting at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
