Cláudia Teixeira's career began unexpectedly when director João César Monteiro met her in a Lisbon garden, casting her as Joaninha in "God's Comedy" at just 19 years old. She took on the role with no prior acting experience and was "so disarmed" that she didn't even consider saying no. This breakout part marked a turning point in her career, leading to other film and series appearances.
