Biography

Jonathan J. Gilbert is an American former television and film actor, best known for his role as Willie Oleson on the NBC TV series Little House on the Prairie from 1974 to 1983. He holds a unique distinction among cast members by appearing throughout the entire series. Following a reported estrangement from his sister Melissa at age 18, Gilbert reunited with her and fellow cast members for the 50th anniversary reunion in 2024, marking a rare public appearance since their initial separation.
