Parker W. Fennelly was an American character actor born on October 22, 1891, in Northeast Harbor, Maine. Lewis Stock Company, before establishing himself as a Broadway performer in the 1920s and 1950s, starring in notable plays such as "Our Town" and "Happily Ever After."
