Biography

Jeffrey Sachs is a renowned American economist and public policy analyst, serving as professor at Columbia University since 2006. He has held key positions, including special adviser to the UN Secretary-General from 2002 to 2018 and president of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network. As director of the Center for Sustainable Development, he continues to drive global sustainable development initiatives, advocating for the SDGs.
