Biography

Valerie Kathleen Lehman, born March 15, 1943, is an Australian actress and director known for her iconic role as "Top Dog" and self-styled Queen Bea Smith in the hit TV series Prisoner (1979-1983). She received three Logie Awards for her performance and was awarded the Order of Australia in 2021 for significant service to the performing arts and wildlife conservation.
