Frank Meschkuleit is a Canadian voice actor and puppeteer, born in Toronto to German immigrant parents. He began his performing career as a mime and broke into puppeteering with roles in notable films like The Muppet Movie and Fraggle Rock. A comedian by trade, he performed the hit live show "The Left Hand of Frank" for 12 years at the Edmonton International Fringe Festival.
