Elizabeth Bower is a British actress born on August 1, 1976, in Leeds, West Yorkshire. She gained recognition for her supporting role in the Channel 4 comedy sketch show Spoons and starred in the television adaptation of "The New Worst Witch". Bower also appeared in the BBC soap opera Doctors as Dr Melody Bell from 2007 to 2009.
