Orri Páll Dýrason is an Icelandic musician born on July 4, 1977. He joined Sigur Rós as drummer in 1999 and has since recorded five studio albums with the band, including Ágætis byrjun, Takk..., and Valtari. The husband of journalist María Lilja Þrastardóttir, Orri is also a father of three children: Vaka, Dýri Angantýr, and Jón Stormur.
