Biography

Paul Louis Danan was born on 2 July 1978 in Chigwell, Essex, to a Moroccan Jewish family. He attended the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts before gaining recognition for his role as Sol Patrick in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks from 1997 to 2001. Danan later appeared on reality TV shows Celebrity Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother, winning the funniest reality TV personality award in 2007.
