Biography

Sif Ruud was a Swedish actress and theatre pedagogue who began her career in 1938 after graduating from the Royal Dramatic Theatre's acting school in 1937. She went on to receive numerous awards for her acting skills, including Best Actress at the 15th Guldbagge Awards for her role in "A Walk in the Sun". Her notable film appearances include roles in "Fröken Chic", "Miss April", and "Hidden in the Fog".
