Claire Chitham is a New Zealand television actress born on July 12, 1978, in Auckland. She rose to fame with her long-standing role as Waverley Wilson in the New Zealand TV show Shortland Street from 1994 to 2005 and later reprised the character for the 25th anniversary special in 2016. Her notable turn came in 2007 when she began appearing as Chantelle Rebecchi in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, marking a shift to international television.
