René Angélil

Biography

René Angélil was a Canadian musical producer and talent manager, known for his work with singer Céline Dion. Born in Montreal to parents of Syrian and Lebanese descent, he studied music at Collège André-Grasset before beginning his career as a pop singer in 1961. He went on to form the group Les Baronets and later managed the careers of various artists, solidifying his reputation in the music industry.
