Biography

John Furia Jr. was a television writer with a diverse career spanning numerous shows, including Bonanza, Hotel, and Hawaii Five-O. He graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Constitutional history and began writing for television and film, penning successful screenplays like The Singing Nun. Furia later served as President of the Writers Guild of America, West, from 1973 to 1975, demonstrating his leadership in the industry.
