Biography

JP Auclair was a Canadian freeskiier and entrepreneur who co-founded Armada skis in 2002 with Tanner Hall. He also played a key role in the launch of the 1080 ski in 1998, working with Salomon to bring this innovative technology to market. A talented actor and adventurer, Auclair appeared in several notable films, including "All.I.Can." (2012) before his untimely death in an avalanche on September 29, 2014.
