Mari Okamoto is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on October 31, 1954, in Tokyo, but raised in Osaka. She began her performing arts activities in comedy in 1961 and made her voice-acting debut in 1970 with the anime series Inakappe Taishō. Her early anime roles include notable parts in Yatterman and other Tatsunoko Production series.
