Howard K. Stern

Biography

Howard Kevin Stern is a California-based attorney specializing in bankruptcy and criminal law. He gained national attention for his role in the landmark Supreme Court case Stern v. Marshall (2011), which fundamentally altered bankruptcy jurisdiction. A longtime advocate for Anna Nicole Smith, he co-starred on her reality TV series The Anna Nicole Show and later worked with the Los Angeles Public Defender's Office.
