Frederick Steven Roach is a renowned American boxing trainer and former professional boxer born on March 5, 1960. He is widely regarded as one of the best boxing trainers in history, with a storied career that spans multiple world champions, including Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, and Georges St-Pierre. A dominant amateur, Roach turned pro in 1977 after being trained by his father Paul, who also trained his brothers Joey and Pepper.
