Toshihide Tsuchiya is a Japanese voice actor, born on November 11, 1963, in Tokyo. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, he attended Tokyo Gakugei University, where he formed a folk song enthusiast club with his peers. After graduating, he spent two years playing and performing at live houses, before enrolling in the Japan Narration Acting Institute to launch his voice acting career at the age of 30.
