Biography

Sandro Panseri was a rising Italian actor at just 15 when he landed the lead role in Ermanno Olmi's Il Posto (1961), which earned critical acclaim and won the award at Venice Film Festival. Following this success, he appeared in Guido Guerrasio's Dal sabato al lunedì (1962) and Nanni Loy's Made in Italy (1965). He also made a brief foray into documentary film with Decibel.
