Biography

Colin Edwin Balch is a multi-instrumentalist and bassist known for his work in progressive rock band Porcupine Tree. He has been the group's bass player since 1993 and was part of the band until 2011. Edwin also collaborates with Geoff Leigh in Ex-Wise Heads, blending ethnic and ambient influences, and plays in metal-influenced projects Random Noise Generator and O.R.k.
