Mert Asutay

Biography

Mert Asutay is a Turkish actor and voice artist, known for his roles in "Season of Love" (2024) as Seyit and "Ships" (2012) as Raif. He began his professional theater career with the Turkishbank Child Theater in 1978 and went on to perform with various companies, including Bakırköy Belediye Tiyatroları, before taking a stand against an artist purge in 2015 and joining İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Şehir Tiyatroları. He won the Sadri Alışık Tiyatro Ödülleri Award for Year's Most Successful Male Actor in Comedy or Musical in 2007.
