Philippe Cousteau
Biography
Philippe Cousteau was a French diver, sailor, and cinematographer specializing in environmental issues. As a teenager, he developed a passion for aerodynamics and became a skilled pilot, earning his license at age 16. He worked alongside his father, Jacques Cousteau, on numerous documentaries, including "Voyage to the Edge of the World" and his own PBS series "Oasis in Space," until his death in 1979.
