Biography

Shani Aviv was born in Tel Aviv to French-Jewish parents who immigrated to Israel in the 1980s. She began acting at age 19 with roles in children's shows and comedies such as "Alufim" and "L'Chaim Ezeh", before landing her breakout role as Rachel Kahtib in the 2017 thriller "Damascus Cover". In recent years, she has appeared in TV series like "To Be Me", "Family Affair", and more recently, "Kefetim".
