Biography

Asha Sarath is a classical dancer and actress born in Perumbavoor to renowned dancer Kalamandalam Sumathy. She began her career with top honors at an all-India dance fete in Benares in 1992, before transitioning to acting. Her breakthrough role came as Geetha Prabhakar in the Drishyam film series, which became a commercial hit. She has since appeared in several notable films and television serials, including Kumkumapoovu and Papanasam.
