Takeo Ōtsuka is a Japanese voice actor born on October 19, 1992, from Tokyo. He won the Best New Actor Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards in 2020 for his work. Ōtsuka has also lent his voice to notable anime series such as "Golden Kamuy", "Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs", and "Oshi no Ko".
