Rita Volk

Biography

Rita Volk, born Margarita Volkovinskaya in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, moved to San Francisco with her family at six and discovered her passion for acting through high school plays and films. She attended Duke University, where she graduated with a psychology degree while maintaining her love for acting. Volk's breakout role came as Amy Raudenfeld in the MTV series Faking It, followed by notable appearances in Summer Days, Summer Nights and Almost Friends.
