Dante Marmone is an Italian actor, comedian, and theatre director born in Bari on October 21, 1951. He began his artistic journey as a teenager, exploring both singing and acting, before co-founding the Anonima G.R. theatre company at the age of 23. Marmone's street performances, which date back to 1975, have become a hallmark of his work, utilizing ancient buildings as venues to promote historical urban centers.
