Biography

Taichi Kokubun is a Japanese keyboardist and actor born on September 2, 1974, in Higashikurume, Tokyo. Before joining Tokio, he was a backup dancer for Johnny's Entertainment boy bands and began his acting career with a role in the 1989 drama Abunai Shōnen III. Kokubun has since appeared in various Japanese dramas and movies, including Fantastipo, which he starred in alongside Tsuyoshi Domoto in 2004. He currently hosts several television shows on NHK and NTV.
