Maryana Polteva

Biography

Marina Polteva was born on July 27, 1967, in Moscow to a family of artists. She began her acting career at five years old and later studied at the Leningrad Theatre Institute (LGITMIK), graduating in 1990 with a master's degree from the School-Studio of the Mikhail Shchepkin Theatre. Polteva went on to appear in notable films like "Prikosnoveniye" (1992) before moving to Berlin, where she gave birth to her son and began a private life, including a marriage to rock musician Yuri Shevchuk.
